On Monday it was confirmed that actor David Tennant will reprise his role as the villain 'Purple Man' in the second season of Marvel and Netflix?s 'Jessica Jones' series. Aside from the first photo of Tennant and Ritter together on set, all details surrounding the character's return to the series is being kept under tight wraps for the time being. Before news of the return, 'Purple Man' seemingly died in the show's season 1 finale after Krysten Ritter's Jessica appeared to break his neck. As a result of that, reasons behind Tennant's comeback to the series is unclear as of right now.
