Recently, visionary filmmaker Luc Besson said he did not super hero films.
Besson said he was unable to relate to a super hero because the hero had super powers and Besson does not.
Besson had specific thoughts on Captain America, expressing disdain for what he calls "American Propaganda."
In part, he said "I?m not here for propaganda, I?m here to tell a story.?
In an essays for Screenrant.com, Alex Leadbeater took Besson to task and attempted to dismantle his entire anti-super hero argument.
