Under cross-examination on Wednesday, former KYGO radio host David Mueller testified that the photo of him and Swift from 2013, in which she alleged he groped her, appeared "weird" and "awkward." The civil trial centers on Swift's allegation that Mueller reached under her skirt and grabbed her behind during a meet-and-greet in June 2013. While under oath, Mueller denied inappropriately touching the pop star, but did acknowledge that the photo in question appeared to show Swift trying to get away from him. The singer has been present in court in Denver along with her mother, Andrea. Both are expected to testify during the trial.
