"Katrina: American Crime Story" is reportedly undergoing a ?creative pivot.? Two months ago, it was announced that 'Katrina' was pushed back to allow installment "The Assassination of Gianni Versace" to premiere first. 'Katrina' will take on the subject of devastated New Orleans in August 2005, with stars Annette Bening, Dennis Quaid, and Matthew Broderick previously attached to star. It?s unclear if the actors will be able to continue with the new timetable. FX CEO John Landgraf said, ?I?m confident that it will air and I?m really, really excited. It was a big creative pivot we made [...] which I?m going to let Ryan announce to you when he feels the time is right to do. But I think you?ll see when he does, it?s a really, really exciting idea."
