According to a new rumor, Venom has found its Carnage in the form of rising star Riz Ahmed. For Marvel fans, Sony?s upcoming Venom film is something of a bittersweet proposition. On the one hand, the chance to finally see the character done justice on the big screen is an exciting prospect. However, for fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that are wary of Sony?s shaky track record, any expectation is being tempered by past let-downs. Still, the presence of Tom Hardy in the lead role and Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland) behind the camera certainly makes the project enticing.
