Donald Glover, known more by his stage name "Childish Gambino," revealed a little secret about his role in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Glover said that director Jon Watts asked him to play Aaron Davis, Miles Morales' uncles and if he did not take the part then there would be no cameo of the uncle at all. For those not familiar with Spider-Man, Davis steals the formula that was a recreation of the one that made Spider-Man and then during a family visit his nephew Morales gets bits by one of the spiders. Marvel Studios have not made any plans to actually bring Morales to the big screen but this cameo by Glover opens up that possibility.
