VIDEO : In Star Wars: The Last Jedi Finn Is A Reluctant Resistance Hero

Star Wars: The Last Jedi got a big new spread in EW. One focus of the in-depth look at the film was the character of Finn, played by John Boyega. In Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Finn was seriously injured by a lightsaber cut to the back from Kylo Ren, but in The Last Jedi, Finn is back on his feet. As Boyega tells it, he will be in a much different place than we found him in Episode VII. When Star Wars: The Last Jedi begins, Finn has apparently gained a lot of fame form his heroic acts in The Force Awakens. However, even though Finn is viewed as a hero and sort of celebrity in The Resistance, the pains of war still haunt him. When he meets a new ally, Rose Tico, she helps him be the best he can be.
