In her first live broadcast interview since landing the role as the 13th Time Lord in Doctor, Jodie Whittaker couldn't contain her excitement in being cast. Whittaker will take over the role from Peter Capaldi after his three season run, which comes to an end this year during the series' 2017 Christmas special.
