Reuters reports that opening statements in a Denver court battle involving pop star Taylor Swift and a Colorado DJ, accused of touching her inappropriately, are expected to start on Tuesday. On Monday, Swift reportedly slipped past media and fans waiting outside of the courtroom. Her mom also attended the proceeding. Reuters says that the musician faced jurors and took notes, as lawyers quizzed them to detect any bias. Swift is expected to take the stand during the trial. The case centers on allegations that a 55-year-old DJ, named David Mueller, allegedly put his hand under the singer's dress during a photo taken at a 2013 meet-and greet, alongside his girlfriend.
