Taylor Swift is finally going to trial over a claim that a radio DJ allegedly reached under her skirt in 2013 and grabbed her butt during a photo op. Swift simply accused disc jockey David Mueller to his employer at the radio station KYGO for groping her. But it was Mueller who took the allegation to court and blamed Swift for not only damaging his reputation but also losing his $150,000 a year job. According to court documents, Mueller was fired based on a morality clause in his contract and after executives determined he had lied about the incident and changed his story. After Swift was attacked with the lawsuit she fought back with her own, alleging assault and battery.
