Keegan-Michael Key, the comedian of 'Key & Peele' fame, is opening and closing The Public theater's staging of Hamlet. Key plays the role of Horatio, starring alongside Oscar Isaac as Hamlet. In a review of the play, The Hollywood Reporter wrote, "Those who roll up to see Key's celebrated comedy skills won't be disappointed ? notably in an epic dumb-show death scene during which he doubles as one of the Players. But his ease with the verse and stirring sensitivity will be a revelation.?
