The Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago was forced to shut down before its headliners could perform Thursday night. Grant Park was being evacuated as Lorde tweeted to her fans how upset she was to not be able to perform for them. The singer tweeted, "They've told us we can't play. I had the most spectacular show planned for you and I PROMISE I will come back to play it as soon as I can.
