72-year-old actress, Dame Helen Mirren, admits that she would have loved to play James Bond when she was younger, but now ? not so much. She told the Daily Telegraph, that she thinks that she's "too old" to be a female Bond. Mirren also reportedly doesn't believe that Bond should be played by a woman at all. Female First says that this comes after former Bond girl Halle Berry echoed Mirren's sentiments. Instead, Mirren suggested a new twist. "We can create a new Bond character that's a woman, and give her a new name..."
