?Kidnap? is a cheesy little thriller, an unapologetic B-movie.
The film is a clear attempt by Oscar-winner Halle Berry at having a ?Taken? of her very own.
Alonso Duralde of The Wrap said "You'll spend the first half of this B-movie yelling at her character and the second half cheering her on."
