On Tuesday night, Chris Martin joined his band Coldplay on stage in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and opened the first show of their North American tour with a touching tribute. Martin began the show by sitting down at the piano and playing a stripped-down version of Linkin Park?s ?Crawling,? the GRAMMY-winning hit off the group?s debut album, Hybrid Theory. The cover was meant as a tribute to the late Chester Bennington, who died in late July after committing suicide at the age of 41.
