According to The Hollywood Reporter, Donald Trump was in talks to play the President of the United States in 'Sharknado 3.' Sarah Palin was reportedly the producer's top choice, but negotiations fell through. According to casting director Gerald Webb, there were some ?serious talks" with Trump and a contract was drawn up for Trump's attorney, Michael D. Cohen.
