According The Hollywood Reporter, 'American Gods' actor Ian McShane has joined the cast of 'Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen' as the titular hero's adoptive father. MacShane, who also starred on the HBO series 'Deadwood' will play a character named Professor Broom, one of the world?s most experienced in supernatural phenomena and a presidential advisor during World War 2.
