Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian Fink, appear to be stronger than ever. Dempsey and Fink married on July 31, 1999, and have three kids together -- 15-year-old Tallula and 10-year-old twins Darby and Sullivan. The couple celebrated their 18-year wedding anniversary on Monday, and Fink marked the occasion with a cute pic of the former Grey's Anatomy star kissing her on the cheek. The caption read, "Happy 18th anniversary @patrickdempsey! Through thick and thin... I love you."
