Hayley Atwell is open to reprising her role as Peggy Carter moving forward, and even wants to star in her own movie. Atwell has been a staple in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Phase 1 and has even played a major role in Captain America?s arc in the modern day. Much of that could be attributed to her instantly becoming a fan-favorite in Captain America: The First Avenger, but the 1940s setting resulted in her having diminished roles in the films moving forward. Atwell tells IGN, "if we can keep evolving it so that she does new things so that I can surprise myself and she can keep surprising me then I?d love to do it."
