Mandy Moore is all about empowering women. The star of "This Is Us" has been announced as the keynote speaker at the Create & Cultivate conference in Seattle, Washington. Moore told Entertainment Tonight ?I?ve always leaned on my friends and the women around me to steer me in the right direction. We need to empower other women. And we need other women to empower us.? Some past celebrity speakers from C&C events include Jessica Alba, Kristen Bell, Nicole Richie, and Meghan Markle. The Create & Cultivate conference in Seattle on Sept. 9 is sponsored by The Mine, Sorel, Microsoft, and Express.
