VIDEO : 'American Idol' Judges May Include Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan

ABC's 'American Idol' reboot has almost found its judging panel. Sources told The Hollywood Reporter that options have been narrowed to Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Charlie Puth. While all three names are rumored to be in the mix, negotiations have not begun with any of them. Sources say that Richie is the favorite of the producers.
Auditions for the reality TV competition are scheduled to start August 17 and thus far only Katy Perry is on board. One week ago, ABC announced that Ryan Seacrest would return as host.
