Jared Leto is in talks with Sony to star in the film Bloodshoot, a 1992 comic book adaptation. Recently seen as The Joker in 'Suicide Squad,' if the actor is confirmed for the movie, he'll strike a multi-picture deal, which Female First says includes "at least one sequel" and a "crossover with the currently-in-development 'Harbinger' series." Set to be directed by David Wilson, Bloodshoot has an intricate plot that follows the life of "a former mob hit man" turned super soldier, "who is double crossed and framed for murder."
