VIDEO : 'Home Alone' Actor Dies

TMZ reported on Saturday that actor John Heard, best known for his role in Home Alone, has died. The 72-year-old actor was found dead in a hotel where he was recovering after having back surgery. According to TMZ, the coroner is still investigating his death, but no foul is suspected. Heard also starred in Big, Beaches, Gladiator, Pelican Brief and the Sopranos, for which he earned an Emmy nomination.
