VIDEO : New Official Portrait Of Prince George's Released In Honor Of Fourth Birthday

Prince George is turning four and in order to celebrate his birthday Britain's Prince William and Kate Duchess of Cambridge have released an official photo of the young boy. In the portrait that was taken in Kensington Palace by a professional photographer, George is smiling so wide that it seems he is almost giving a nice hearty laugh. The palace said William and Kate "are delighted to share a new official portrait of Prince George to mark His Royal Highness's fourth birthday." He may only be four years old but the young lad is third in line for the throne.
