Although Warner Bros. film studio chief, Toby Emmerich, told The Hollywood Reporter, ""Ben is our Batman. We love him as Batman," reports say that actor Ben Affleck will likely never put on a Batsuit again. A source says that the studio plans to usher out Affleck?s Batman ? gracefully, in one of the upcoming DC films. Although timing may still be in question, The Hollywood Reporter reports that the script that Affleck co-wrote for 'The Batman' is being tossed out. Reports speculate that age may be an issue, explaining that Affleck could be pushing 50 before the film comes out. They say that Batman transitions are nothing new and that studios favor fresh faces.
