A Chinese state official has revealed that Justin Bieber's bad behavior is preventing him from performing in China. The official said Bieber needed to improve his conduct to become a singer "truly loved" by the public. According to Beijing's Municipal Bureau of Culture, Bieber's lifestyle overseas and his "words and actions" when he last performed in China had generated "public dissatisfaction.
