Charlize Theron has revealed that she had to give up a role in "Wonder Woman." The DC Extended Universe film, which stars Gal Gadot and was directed by Patty Jenkins, has become the highest grossing live-action film directed by a woman. Jenkins apparently reached out to Theron to offer her a role in the movie. However, Theron already had other commitments during the filming schedule. The actress told "The Howard Stern Show" this week, "She did come to me, and at the time I was either working on something or I don?t know. There was a reason I couldn?t do it.? Theron and Jenkins previously collaborated on the film "Monster."
