VIDEO : Spider-Man: Homecoming's Near Twist

Last year, Captain America: Civil War rushed into theaters, and the movie did more than split up the Avengers. The film acted as a springboard for Tom Holland's Spider-Man, and it seems like some of the hero's Civil War storyline was nearly carried over into his recent standalone. Yahoo! Movies was able to sit down with the screenwriters of Spider-Man: Homecoming. John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein revealed they toyed with the idea of bringing in a major Civil War twist from the original comics; Spider-Man: Homecoming came close to having Peter Parker out himself as a superhero to the world.
