The Hollywood Reporter has learned that another Oscar winner is coming to Empire. Forest Whitaker has signed on for a multi-episode arc on season four of the Fox hip-hop drama. Whitaker will play Uncle Eddie, a charismatic music icon and bona fide hitmaker who gave an unknown Lucious (Terrence Howard) his first radio airplay way back when.
