Actress Naomi Watts, currently starring in 'Gypsy' on Netflix, believes that the film industry is bottoming out. Reports say that she called the state of the industry quote, ?sad,? telling The Times newspaper ?I definitely noticed that a lot of great writing was taking place in the TV format now.? According to Female First, Watts says that most of the films being made are in the franchise world, superheroes or big comedy blockbusters.
