Aaron Carter wants fans to know his side of the story regarding his arrest in Habersham County, Georgia, on Saturday night. The 29-year-old singer broke down in tears telling Entertainment Tonight about getting arrested and charged with DUI refusal and possession of marijuana less than one ounce. Police stopped Carter at an AutoZone, where he was trying to fix his run down car, after he missed a show with Flo Rida. He explained, "[They] forcefully grabbed me out. I kept trying to explain the whole situation, to the officer." Carter says he wasn't under the influence of any alcohol or drugs and that he does not drink at all due to a medical condition. He admitted that he had smoked marijuana nine hours earlier, which he does regularly for his anxiety, chronic pain and to increase his appetite. He told ET, "I don't need help. What I need is for people to understand that I'm human and that I make mistakes just like every other human in this world."
