Tom Holland did undercover high school research for his role Spider-man in ?Spider-man: Homecoming.? Holland is originally from Britain, so the masterminds behind Marvel films wanted him to research what it is like to attend a traditional American high school. They sent Holland to ?The Bronx High School of Science,? to study it?s culture for two days. Holland faced a pretty intense curriculum for those two days. The student who show him around is now attending the University of Michigan, majoring in mechanical engineering and minoring in computer science. Still fans are amazed Holland went to these lengths to prepare for Spider-man.
