James Franco?s The Disaster Artist, a passion project about one of the most infamous passion projects of all-time The Room, has received an official poster in advance of the trailer release tomorrow. When film fans think of all-time legendary bad movies, 2003?s The Room by Tommy Wiseau has entered that rarified pantheon alongside Troll 2, Plan 9 from Outer Space, and Battlefield Earth. Written, directed, produced and starring the heavily German-accented Wiseau, The Room has achieved a cult status for its ?so bad its good? nonsensicality and production values, invoking more laughter and enjoyment than a lot of major comedies at its hundreds of viewing parties and festival screenings.
