VIDEO : Who Is Playing Scar In The Lion King Remake?

Actor Hugh Jackman has joined the cast of The Lion King as Scar. Jackman has a more open schedule now that he?s retired his role of Wolverine. It?s allowed him to join Jon Favreau?s live-action remake of Lion King which is assembling its cast ahead of a 2019 release. John Oliver has also joined the cast as Zazu, the advisor for the king. Thanks to Lion King?s story, this means he winds up spending a good deal of time with the villain, Scar.
