Screen Rant reports that actor and heartthrob Idris Elba will be likely be part of The Dark Tower TV spinoff. Transforming the Stephen King book series into a film and TV show has been in the works for ten years. Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, and Akiva Goldsman are behind the long awaited project, with the first movie of the series
released in August. If all goes well, reports say, the TV spinoff, which is already in the works, could follow.
