Last night Beyonce finally took to Instagram to share the first pictures of her tiwns, Rumi and Sir. Before the post, little had been known about the babies and Queen Bey had been laying low. Now it looks like the singer's hiatus is over since People has reported she was seen with husband Jay Z at an event celebrating Roc Nation artist Vic Mensa, although they only stayed for an hour.
