VIDEO : DMX Goes To Court For Tax Evasion Charges

Rapper and actor DMX was headed to federal court on Friday for arraignment on charges of tax evasion. 46-year-old Earl Simmons, whose stage name is DMX, was arrested on Thursday after being accused of participating in a multiyear scheme to conceal millions of dollars in income from hit songs such as "Give it to Ya" and "Where the Hood At." In total, he's being charged with avoiding $1.7 million in taxes.
