In a new interview to promote her upcoming book, Read Between the Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mom, the 25-year-old Teen Mom star opened up about her well-documented issues with drugs, and says that during one particularly scary incident, she almost overdosed on heroin. Evans, who's now sober, decided to seek help when she started to experience withdrawals.
