Manchester was so happy with how Ariana Grande responded to the terrorist attack she and many others experienced after her concert, that they have decided to dub her their first "honorary citizen." It was a completely unanimous vote by the Manchester City Council. Its leader, Richard Leese, created this idea to honor any body that helped with the scene of terror. Others who will be honored are those who first arrived at the scene and ordinary members of the public.
