Logan star Hugh Jackman is confident that someone else will take up Wolverine?s cinematic claws in the near future. Jackman made waves when he announced 2017?s Logan would be his final performance as the titular superhero. Jackman has been playing Wolverine since the very beginning of the X-Men film franchise in 2000, and while it might be difficult for audiences to imagine another actor in the role, Jackman is confident it will happen. In a recent interview, Jackman reaffirms that he?s done with the role, but that he sees Wolverine in the same vein as James Bond or Batman, a legacy character who will live on without him.
