For most comic book fans, Ming-Na Wen is the Cavalry, Melinda May on the show "Agents of SHIELD". Before that however, she was the girl who saved China, as the voice of the lead character in the 1998 Walt Disney animated classic Mulan. Disney is now planning to make a live-action version of the film, and Wen is already in talks with producers to be involved with the new movie. The live-action Mulan is currently scheduled for release on November 8th, 2018.
