Willem Dafoe is coming to Netflix in a new series, Death Note. The series is an adaptation of the Japanese manga and animated series of the same name. Death Note is a new series from Netflix. It follows Light ?Turner? as he stumbles upon the Death Note or a notebook that can kill anyone whose name is written in it. The notebook is dropped by Ryuk, a bored demon played by Dafoe. The series launches on Netflix on August 25.
