VIDEO : Marisa Tomei Reveals How Uncle Ben Influences 'Homecoming'

In little over a week Spider-Man will swing into the Marvel Cinematic Universe with his first full-length adventure. He will be joined by Tony Stark, Aunt May, and a couple of other familiar characters. Spider-Man: Homecoming is going to be different from the other big screen versions we've already seen. This new movie will be set in Peter's sophomore year of high school and will skip the entire origin story: no spider bite and, no Uncle Ben. While speaking to screenrant, Aunt May actor Marisa Tomei said the loss of Uncle Ben helps propel the narrative and the characters forward.
