43-year-old actress Kate Beckinsale and her 21-year-old new boyfriend were spotted together at the Sherman Oaks Galleria in California on Sunday night. An eyewitness said, "Kate was really happy. She looked completely smitten with Matt." As for the age difference, a source close to the couple reveals that it's not a problem for the couple. The source told ET, "Matt is very mature for his age and wise beyond his years ... [he] has dated girls in the past but this seems the most serious."
