Kelly Osbourne threw a fit on Twitter saying that the reason she peed her pants was because a Starbucks location would not allow her to use the restroom. Now the giant franchise has replied and apologized for the incident she had to go through. They even said that her next Starbucks beverage is on them. They further explained the situation and said that the location that Kelly went to actually does not have a restroom and that most customers are told to go to another one a few blocks away.
