'Baby Driver' director Edgar Wright told Digital Spy that, had he been given the opportunity, he would have immediately declined taking over the work started by Phil Lord and Chris Miller on Lucasfilm's standalone Han Solo film.
Write told the publication, "No, they're friends of mine ? I would never do that. Also, having been in that situation myself, the idea of finishing someone else's movie is not something I would do on an ethical level."
Wright, of course, left the production of 2015's Ant Man for creative reasons, and was replaced by Peyton Reed.
