David Fincher has officially signed on to direct the sequel to "World War Z." The 54-year-old filmmaker will reunite with Brad Pitt, who he worked with on 1999 cult classic 'Fight Club' and 1995 crime thriller 'Seven.' The sequel to the 2013 zombie apocalypse movie is now in "advanced development." However, the project has reportedly been delayed due to Pitt's divorce from Angelina Jolie. About the sequel, Pitt said, "We have so many ideas on the table from the time we spent developing this thing and figuring out how the zombie worlds work." Pitt plays Gerry Lane, a former UN investigator who must try to stop a zombie pandemic.
