She's best known for ?Twilight? and ?Thirteen,? but still believes that women are not afforded enough opportunities in ?every single business? across the board. The problem has become a hot topic in Hollywood as well. Hardwicke said men and women can address the gender disparity by going "to opening weekend when a film directed by a woman comes out, or a film starring a woman."
