According to reports, Tom Hardy's upcoming movie 'Venom' will also feature the fellow 'Spider-Man' villain Carnage, whose powers in the comics are similar to the titular character's. 'Venom' which will star Hardy and be directed by 'Zombieland's Ruben Fleischer, is scheduled to be releases on October 5, 2018. Even though Carnage has been confirmed, it is not clear yet whether or not 'Spider-Man' himself will make any appearance in the film. As of now, actor Tom Holland is currently only signed to do two Spider-Man: Homecoming sequels for Sony.
