Actor Josh Hartnett has opened up about saying no to playing the iconic Batman in Christopher Nolan?s The Dark Knight Trilogy. The iconic role eventually landed on the lap of Christian Bale who played the character in all three films. The Nolan trilogy is regarded as one of the most critically acclaimed franchises in the superhero genre. Harnett said he had another project, Motzart and the Whale, he wanted to do more. He kicks himself for not doing Nolan's Batman trilogy. Not for the money or fame, but because the trilogy would have given him deep working relationship with Chris Nolan.
